He was predeceased by: his sisters, Marilyn Jean Rosier and Beverly Howell. He is survived by: his wife Shirley (Kobac); his daughter Virginia Budd (Forrest); his grandchildren, Sheena Budd, Forrest E. Budd Jr. and Erin (Jeffrey); and his great grandchild Adaleigh Rose Loynes.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 5-8:00 p. m. Covid protocols requiring masks, social distancing and capacity limitations will be observed.
