He is survived by: his wife Desiree (Pontz); his children, Chad Hines (Trista Lake), Ryan Hines (Elodie), Jullie Bishop (Andy) and Karen Hughes (Alan); his grandchildren, Pheonix, Tristan, Elliot, Kaila, Gabrielle, John and Valerie; his great grandchild Lyla; and his sister Carolyn McGuire (Bill).
