He was predeceased by: his father Leroy V. Conklin. He is survived by: his children, Kelly Roth and Scott Conklin; his grandchildren, Spencer Conklin (Megan), Penelope Roth, Bridget Thomas, Sydney and John Roth; his great grandchild Kingsley Conklin; his brother Steve Conklin (Tonia); and his close friends, Dennis Halladay, Joan Schultz, Barb, Tom McBeath, Judy and John Rowland.
