He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold E. Linton and Miriam A. Linton (Brown); and his daughter Brandi Rae Price. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Jo (Davis); his grandchildren, Tyler Jay, Gracie Layne Bradley, Savannah Mae Price and Floyd Delwyn Rice; and his siblings, Sharon Finch (Steve), Leslie Linton, Debra Cameron, Robert Linton (Barb) and Chuck Schultz (Kathleen).
