She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold E. Cook and Margaret I. Cook (Anderson); her husband Clement; and her daughters, Judy Daniels and Linda Wideman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary VanHouten, Patty Righter and Susan Rea (Rick); her son-in-law Randy Wideman; and her grandchildren, Tim (Kim), Michelle Sackett, Christopher VanHouten (Carol), Jason VanHouten (Kimberly), Trisha Miller, Randy Miller (Jamie), Brandi Foster, Karey Kohout (Jason) and Ryan Wideman. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
