With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Matthew Plese (Grand Ledge, Michigan), born in Lansing, Michigan, who passed away on June 30, 2020 at the age of 95. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Matthew Plese to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Plese and Ruth Plese (Ozanich); his siblings, Tony and Mary Crnkovich; his nephew Joseph Crnkovich; and his stepson Ronald Hine.
He is survived by: his wife Doris; his stepsons, Timothy (Carol) of Charlotte, MI and Terry (Amy) of Peterborough, NH; his grandchildren, Karen (Michael), Andrea, Monica (Martin), Katherine (Daniel), Emily, Kristen (Kris), Craig (Amy), Steven (Dianna) and T. J. (Melissa); and his nieces, Cynthia Schmitt (Claude), Mary Ann Doll (Jerry) and Frances Shustari. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Delta Township Ambulance Service.
