We bid farewell to Marjorie Angela Darnell (Grand Ledge, Michigan), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 31, 2024 at the age of 94. Marjorie Angela touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Hankins and Ruby Hankins (White); her husband James K. Darnell; her son Mike Purtill; and her siblings, Jack, Dan, Tom Hankins, Joyce Cypher and Irene Plunkett.

She is survived by: her children, Patricia Stevens Gustafson (Gus), Greg Stevens (Linda) and Theresa Beatty (Don); and her brother David Hankins (Kathy). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren.
