He is survived by: his siblings, Lynda Milligan, Lon Milligan (Ruth), Loren Milligan, Les Milligan, LaRae Dorman (Robert) and LouAnn Flitton (Michael); and his stepdaughters, Renee Dear (Robert) and Amber Schmidtman (Jeremy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
