She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Doane and Lela Doane (Ellison); her husband George; her son Robert Ford; her sister Arlene Kines; her children, Melissa Ford of Grand Ledge and William Ford (Ruth) of Jenison, MI; her grandchildren, Laura Ford, Becky Thomas (Ron), Christine Ford and Scott Ford (Linda); her siblings, Janice Delaney (Joe) and Walter Doane (Janice); her brother-in-law Edward Kines; and her nieces, Wendy Doane, Brenda Potter and Amy Burr. She was also cherished by cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Grand Ledge Baptist Church in memory of Lavevia Ford.
