She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Cornell Dexter and Jeanette Dexter (Cook); her children, Jason Jackson (Staci) of Grand Ledge and Sarah Davidson (Kelly) of Grand Ledge; her grandchildren, Matthew (Heather), Katherine, Nathan, Joshua Davidson, Paul, Carrie and Emma Kate Jackson; her siblings, Connie Thomas (Harry), Marilyn Fisher and Larry Dexter (Mary Nell); her sister-in-law Angie Moore (Jim); her husband Samuel M. Jackson; her brother Harold Dexter; and her sister-in-law Carrie Nell Simpson (Johnny Lee).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Laura "Diane" Jackson.
