He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde V. Milligan and V. Elaine Milligan (Spillette); his brother William Milligan (Phyllis); his nephew Joseph Milligan; and his granddaughter Brooke E Humphrey.
He is survived by: his children, L. Lee Milligan Jr., Lynda Milligan, Lon Milligan (Ruth), Loren Milligan, Les Milligan, LaRae Dorman (Robert) and LouAnn Flitton (Michael). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in loving memory of Larry Milligan to McLaren Hospice, 6250 S Cedar St Suite 17.
