He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Baxter and Reva Baxter (Boyer); his siblings, Norma Marshall and Vaughn Baxter (Harriet); and his brother-in-law Gary "Butch" Hart.
He is survived by: his siblings, Carolee Hart and Stan Baxter; and his nieces and nephews, Pam Napier (Nick), Doug Marshall (Lisa), Linda Rosales, Michael Baxter, Julie Garner (Jerry), Steve Baxter (Kristy), Dale Bassett (Sue), Todd Bassett, Chad Bassett (Megan) and Beth Aprill (Brian). He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in loving memory of Larry Baxter to the Hospice of Lansing.
