He is survived by: his parents, Kirk Catey and Elizabeth Catey (Cantrell); his daughter Kennedy; his wife Angela; his parents-in-law, Don and Vicki Wenzlick; his siblings, Kirtis Catey (Ashley), Katlyn Wiest (Nicholas), Kallie McLane (Julia), Jacob Gonzalez (Julia) and Brittney Gonzalez; his nieces and nephews, Keegan, Kiera, Davic, Braxton of Hunter, DJ, JoLynn, Colton, Rylee, Peyton, Liam and Lila; and his grandparents, Sam Catey, William and Virginia Cantrell.
