With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karina Lynn Vela of Grand Ledge, Michigan, born in Lansing, Michigan, who passed away on January 1, 2022 at the age of 24. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Frank Vela and Pam Vela; her sisters, Alicia Liggons (Ty Liggons) and Chelsea Vela; and her nieces, Geneva "Sophia" and Cecelia. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and her pets.

Due to COVID face masks are mandatory at the visitation and funeral. If you are displaying COVID symptoms, please do not attend.
