We bid farewell to Karen Sue Schulert (Grand Ledge, Michigan), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 18, 2025 at the age of 78. Karen Sue touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosemary Rasmussen (Lynd) and Herbert "Bud" Rasmussen; her grandparents, Clyde and Sadie Lynd (Woodman); and her brother Kerry Lee Rasmussen.
She is survived by: her significant other Ed Lumbert; her children, David Mark Schulert (Dawn) and Jennifer Lopez (Schulert); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Schulert (Donny Hadden), Rebecca Schulert and David Jakob Schulert; her sister Kellie Brown (Dan); and her nephews, Matt Brown and Donnie Rassmussen.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Oneida Gospel Church (3048 Strange Hwy, Grand Ledge, MI 48837). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
