She is survived by: her children, Julia Middaugh-McArthur, Michael Middaugh and James E. Middaugh (Rena); and her grandchildren, Tina Cole-Day, Rebecca Lobdell, Lisa Warner (John), Michael Middaugh II (Katie Baum), Sheri Ide (Jeff), Sheli Knott, Jaclyn Ripley (Tyler), Janet Kruse (Matthew) and James R. Middaugh (Mikayla).
