It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Jacob DeBoer Sr. of Grand Ledge, Michigan, born in Lansing, Michigan, who passed away on May 9, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Jr. DeBoer and Rebecca "Annie" DeBoer (Belknap). He is survived by: his children, John Jr., Justin, Jason DeBoer (Janell) and Jessica Krawciw (Josef); his grandchildren, Aidan, Vanguard and Shepard; his niece Alissa DeBoer; and his brother Leslie DeBoer.
