He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Gillett and Mildred Gillett (Haueter); and his sister Judith Ann. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Aaron Gillett (Rebecca) and Judy Newman-Bale; and his grandchildren, Emma, Sophie, Casandra and Evelynn.
