She was predeceased by: her parents, James Middleton and Elizabeth Middleton (Wreford); and her husband Edward Johnston. She is survived by: her children, Suzanne Schramski (Larry), Edward Johnston (Rose) and Mary Kokubo (Jared); and her granddaughters, Caitlin, Jaclyn (Dan) and Amanda (Bryan).
