She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Norman LaPaugh and Jessie LaPaugh (Meads); her husband John; her children, John Scott Stevens (Mary), Jeffrey Stevens (Doré) and Shelly Brown (Max Jr.); her grandchildren, Mcall, Sean, Max III, Capri, Dustin, Jessi, Mandy, Curtis and Alex; and her siblings, Patsy Reams, Suzi Wright and Chuck LaPaugh. She was also cherished by 15 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to National Multiple Sclerosis Society in memory of Janice Stevens.
