He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Krause and Frances Krause (Kraft); his son-in-law Gary Guilbault; and his brothers, Thomas, William and John Krause.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Pilette; his children, Michele Guilbault, Karen Gould (Todd), Lisa Taylor (Brian) and William Krause (Sarah); his grandchildren, Ashley, Taylor, Thomas, James, Michael, Laura, Claire and John; his great grandchildren, Grayson and Evelyn; his sister Rose Carr; his sister-in-law Mary Anne Pilette; and his pet Buster. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Michael Parish (345 Edwards St, Grand Ledge, MI 48837). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
