He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herbert Klingbiel and Marian Klingbiel (Earl); his wife Phyllis (Sandborn); his grandson Graeme Rozich Klingbiel; his children, Herbert Jeffrey Klingbiel (Arlene), Lynn Corrigan (Rich) and David H. Klingbiel (Lisa); his grandchildren, Jeffrey Peake (Allison), Jeremy Peake (Kristina), Dr. Amy Milman (Greg), Jeffrey Klingbiel (Jamie), Ted Keusch (Jennifer), Jack (Melissa) and Steven Klingbiel; and his great grandchildren, Grayson, Adelyn Peake, Megan, Emma Peake, Ryan and June Sue Klingbiel.
Out of respect and concern for public health and safety and COVID-19 restrictions, a celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
