He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil W. Hughes and Virginia M. Hughes (Maguire); and his sister Carole Catey. He is survived by: his wife Kathy (Dwyer); his children, Melissa McNeilly (Jeff) and Jerry Hughes (Adela); and his grandchildren, Alison Kiger, Amber Kiger of Johanna, JD, Jonah, Jeraldinah, Maddison, William McNeilly, Courtney, Hank and Searrah Hughes.
Covid protocols requiring masks, social distancing and capacity limitations will be observed.
