He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Fenstemaker and Mary Jane Fenstemaker (Endsley); and his siblings, Rex, Stanley, Martha and Rosie.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Mark (Cindy), Paul (Lynn) and Susan Biergans (John); his grandchildren, Kelli (Kaveh), Kameron (Christine), Nathan (Lori), Eric (Shannon), Brandon (Brittany) and Chad (Shaynah); and his brother James Fenstemaker. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
