He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Blanche; his children, Sally LaCross (Ron), Bill (Kim) and Dean (Mary); his grandchildren, Ami (Gary), April (Jay), Nathan (Tara), Andrew (Kate), Derek, Dustin and Nicholas; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Emily, Lauren, Will, Aden, Remy and Paisley; his sister Doris Hill; and his sister-in-law Irmy Ahlfeld.
