She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Siska and Martha Siska (Babick). She is survived by: her husband Rick Perkins; her sister Pamela Flannery (Patrick); her nephew Joseph; her brother-in-law Robert Perkins (Pamela); her niece Stephanie Eldred; her sister-in-law Jill Kenworthy (Allen); and her daughter Donna.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 9:30 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Gerard Catholic Church (4437 W Willow Hwy, Lansing, MI 48917).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in loving memory of Donna Perkins to the Capital Area Humane Society or the American Cancer Society.
