He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean McDiarmid and Colleen McDiarmid (Matson); and his brother Ray. He is survived by: his wife Julie (Cunningham); his children, Alex and Micaela McDiarmid; his granddaughter Lexi; his siblings, Sharon Gidner, Cathy Wilson (Ron), Jerry (Sherry), David (Linda), Nancy Downing (Jim) and Tim McDiarmid; and his friends, Luke and Kenny. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews along with furry cat.
