He is survived by: his wife Judy Hannewald; his children, Monique, Michael, Matthew and David II (Deanna); his granddaughters, Danielle (Clinton), Stormy, Dalanie, Dayna and Dallas; his great grandchildren, Ada and Zoe; his brothers, Terry, Tim and Tracy; and his niece Tammy.
