He was predeceased by: his parents, Carleton Babb and Betty Babb (Bannon); and his brother-in-law James Ingalls. He is survived by: his wife Paula (Tiedt); his children, Jeremy Babb of Major, USA and Melisa Housel (Kevin); and his siblings, Christine Ingalls, Carleton (Linda), Craig (Corine), Casey (Sue) and David Tiedt (Nancy). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
