She was predeceased by: her father Sam Amato; her husband Joseph Kossak; her sisters, Elenor and Phyllis; and her niece Janie.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Herrmann (Leonard), Joseph Kossak and John Kossak (Beth); her grandchildren, Heather Brennan (Daniel), Jeremy Kossak (Amber), Seth Herrmann (Dyana) and Matthew Herrmann (Samantha); her great grandchild Bradly Kossak; and her sister Kathy Butler (Kurt).
