He is survived by: his father Neil Southworth; his wife Mona (Lyon); his sons, Brian Southworth, Mark Southworth (Jamie), John Mills (Heidi) and Chad Mills (Janine); his grandchildren, Coty Southworth, Megan Southworth, Jacob Southworth, Zachary Southworth, Gavin Mills, Parker Mills and Ashley Mills; and his siblings, Janet Merryfield, Armon Southworth (Cindy) and Lorri LaVelle (Greg).
