She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Wirick and Sara Catherine Wirick (Shank); her husband Robert; and her siblings, Milton Wirick (Betty), Robert Wirick (Carol), Marlene Ernst (Thomas) and James Wirick (Dian).
She is survived by: her children, Robert Perkins Jr. (Pamela), Ricky Perkins (Donna) and Jill Kenworthy (Allen); her grandchildren, Stephanie Eldred (Jason), Nicholas Perkins and Mitchell Perkins; her great grandchildren, Xander and Nathaniel Eldred; her sister Joyce Orr (late Robert); and her sister-in-law Dian Wirick. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Trinity United Methodist Church for United Methodist Women.
