He was predeceased by: his wife Ardith; his brother Emory; and his children-in-law, Lisa Newman and Don Waldrop Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Waldrop Atherton (Roy), Anthony Dexter (Wendy) and Karl Dexter. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
