She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Woodworth and Hulda Woodworth (Potts); her husband Donald; her son James; and her brothers, Junior Woodworth (Rolanda) and Robert Woodworth.
She is survived by: her children, Michael (Karen), William (Hidaeko), Robert and Donna Ford (William); and her niece Linda. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
