He was predeceased by: his grandson Damon Troutman. He is survived by: his children, Theresa Hogan (James) of Grand Junction, Richard Troutman (Irene) of Bangor, Robert Troutman (Maria) of Hawaii, Geneva Troutman of Detroit and Tenay Troutman-McKenzie (Terrence) of Kalamazoo; his grandchildren, Tatyana Troutman, Daejianelle Hogan, Eaven Troutman, Dairrion Phillips and Matthew McKenzie; and his great grandchild Elijah Kelly. He is also survived by 3 sisters; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family suggests memorials be made to the Meadow Woods Nursing and Rehab Activity Fund.
