He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Crow and Katherine Crow (Ruiter); his wife Joyce; and his siblings, Katy Cole, Betty Crow, Elmer Crow, Edwin Crow, Richard Crow and Harold Clover.
He is survived by: his children, William Hughes (Katie), Marie Noom (Carl) and Mary Watts; his great grandchildren, Theodore and Minzy; and his sister Lori Woodruff. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
