He was predeceased by: his grandmother Elda Straty. He is survived by: his parents, David Sleamon and Theresa Sleamon (Straty); his wife Lisa Sleamon (Brendemhl); his brothers, John Sleamon (Kelly) and Dave Sleamon Jr. (Gretchen); and his children, Tyler Sleamon (Cami Jo) and Emily Sleamon. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephew and many cousins.
