She was predeceased by: her father Charles. She is survived by: her sons, Tom McGrath (Trishia) and Nick McGrath; her grandchildren, Shelby Cook, Austin, Isabelle McGrath, C. J., Megan Rakoczy and Evelyn Lynch; her great grandchild Elias Johnson; and her sister Tami Harvey (Steve).
Teri's life was her children and in lieu of flowers they would love.
