He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace J. Kruithoff and Ethel Kruithoff (Tubergen); his stepfather-in-law Sammy Walker; and his father-in-law Ben Dansby. He is survived by: his wife Rita Dansby; his daughters, Melissa Douglas (Johnny Ruggles) of Scottville, MI, Erin Kruithoff (Dave Dick) of Grand Haven, Stacee Kruithoff Gadea of Oregon and Kabel Sheehan (Ryan) of Grand Haven; his mother-in-law Flora Walker; his stepmother-in-law Angela Dansby; and his siblings, Marcia Weber (Clare), Peggy DeYoung (Dennis), Karen Bezilla (Ed), Tom Kruithoff (Karen) and Bruce Kruithoff (Lynn). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
