She was predeceased by: her father Martin Erickson; her husband Donald Eugene Swifney; her grandson Joshua VanHook; and her brothers, Ken and Bob Erickson.
She is survived by: her mother Zeta Erickson (Emerson); her children, Martis VanHook (Glenn), Cynthia Shephard (Randy) and Donald Swifney, Jr. (Nanci); and her grandchildren, Michael VanHook (Kelly), Nate Dixon (Yani), Carl Swifney (Lacy), Rebeccah VanHulle (Keith), Andrew Swifney, Marah, Hailee, Kaitlyn VanHook, Malakai Dixon and Ivy VanHulle.
