He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Sr. and Beatrice; his wife Shirley; and his brothers, Joe and Nick.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Bravata, Michelle Klyn (Ron), Kim McCarthy (Dan), Sean Bravata (Tracy) and Denise Bohay (Don); his grandchildren, Kelly Juergensen (Eric), Austin Bravata, Nathan Allen, Brittany Bravata, Tyler Bohay (Melody), Carson Lee (Katie), Avery Lee (Max), Natalie Funni (Brian), Brad Bohay (Natalie) and Isabelle Bravata; and his great grandchildren, Kayden Bravata, Jake Juergensen, Quinn Sinclair, Amelia Juergensen, Dylan Bravata, Lily Sinclair, Olivia Bravata, Grace Sinclair and Juniper Lee.
