It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Palmer of Grand Haven, Michigan, born in Leaf River, Illinois, who passed away on November 27, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hank Palmer and Evalene Palmer (Mathews); his son-in-law Doug Roberts; his grandson Robert "Robbie"; and his siblings, Lois Himes, Darlene Holeton and Dick Palmer.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Rowe; his children, Tracy Roberts, Angela Tayon, Tammy Griffin (Dennis), Chris Palmer, Thomas Mackey and Daniel Mackey (Melissa); his grandchildren, Brianne, Sean, Erin, Adam and Andrea; his great grandchildren, Dameon, Hayden, Anthony and Milez; and his sister Dixie Dzielak.
