He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Dixon, and Madelon "Mimi" Dixon, Sr. (Hawes); his daughter Anne Shannon (Patrick Shannon); his brothers, David and Daniel Dixon; and his pet Bo.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Pinkafska; his children, Katie Golicz (Eric), Amy Vantrepott (Jim), Robert Dixon, III (Marin) and Michael Pinkafska (Janelle Essenberg); his sister Jill Adams; and the mother of his children LeeAnne Dixon. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Klaassen Family Funeral Home (1500 Robbins Rd, Grand Haven, MI 49417). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation of Michigan, American Heart Association West Michigan, or Harbor Hospice Poppen Residence.
