With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Lee Bethke of Grand Haven, Michigan, who passed away on February 23, 2025 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Lee Bethke to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Bethke and Francis Bethke (Alberda); and his brother Larry Bethke. He is survived by: his wife Annette Ruys; his children, Julie Ferrell (Mike) and Randy Bethke (Deanna); his grandchildren, Claire, Graham Ferrell, Tayler (McKenna), Travis (Jaylin), Tyliea, Traiden and Trevyn Bethke; his sister Marjorie Viveen (Bill); and his niece Kathleen Edlund (Kurt). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Klaassen Family Funeral Home (1500 Robbins Rd, Grand Haven, MI 49417). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Life Church (1000 Waverly Ave, Grand Haven, MI 49417).
