It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Caroline Baumer of Grand Haven, Michigan, who passed away on January 7, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Grosskreutz and Rohetta Grosskreutz (Pries); her spouse Leslie "Les" Baumer; her daughter-in-law Marguerite Baumer; her grandchildren, Matthew and Danielle Baumer; her brother Leroy Grosskreutz (Bernice); and her brothers-in-law, Richard Baumer and Ken Wells.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Baumer (Patty), James Baumer, Jack Baumer (Shelly) and Judy Conklin (James); and her sisters-in-law, Mary Anne Wells and Patricia Baumer. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church of Wausau, WI (930 Edgewood Rd, Wausau, WI 54403). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to Trinity Health at Home Hospice Grand Haven, or Good Shepherd Lutheran Church of Wausau, WI for their general fund.
