She was predeceased by: her parents, James Carlisle and Ruth Carlisle (Wyn); her husband Fredrick Kaiser Sr.; and her brothers-in-law, David Richards, Dennis Kaiser and Frank Kaiser (Janice).

She is survived by: her sons, Freddie and Fred Kaiser Jr. (Brandy); her grandchildren, Jordan Orr (Dale Jr.), Brendan Kaiser (Brittany) and Justin Kaiser; her great grandchildren, Brayden, Layla, Hayden, Barrett and Brextyn; her sisters, Sandra Carr (Dale), Karen Richards and Judy Carlisle (Ron); her siblings-in-law, Ron Kaiser and Dawn Kaiser; and her pets, Snickers and Jasmine.

Memorial Contributions in Nancy's honor can be made to the family for her great-grandchildren's education funds.
