He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Ella Cook and Kenneth Lee Cook; his brother Craig Allen Cook; and his nephew Kyle Cook. He is survived by: his brothers, Ken Cook (Jean), Kevin Cook and John Cook. He is also survived by several cousins, nephews and nieces.
