He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Barrett and Betty Barrett (Conklin); his father-in-law Richard Mann; and his son Bill Hall. He is survived by: his son Joe Butcher; his siblings, Steve Barrett (Sandy), Larry "Beagle" Barrett, Noreen Hendricks (Rudy) and Lynda Kooiman; and his mother-in-law Pauline Mann (Multiple). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
