She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Andrew VanderPloeg and Tena VanderPloeg (VanAndel); her spouse Raymond Rathbun; her sisters, Cornelia VanderPloeg, Dorothy Klassen and Beatrice VanderPloeg; and her children, Kathleen Gazda (Eugene) of Charlotte, Marilyn Koedyker (Rev John) of Grand Haven, Amy Anderson (Paul) of Crown Point and Rev R. Van Rathbun (Terry) of Sioux Center, Iowa. She was also cherished by 17 grandchildren & 11 great grandchildren; and several nieces & nephews.
