It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leone Tiles (Grand Haven, Michigan), born in Holland, Michigan, who passed away on March 14, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Heerspink and Thressa Heerspink (Harsevoort); her husband William "Bill" Tiles; her stepfather Abe Berkompas; her siblings, Arelene Renkema (Theodore) and Hank Heerspink; and her siblings-in-law, Betty Reenders, Elsie Sorensen (Don), Anna Berg (George), Joyce M. Tiles, James McVeigh, Frank Tiles (Wilma), John Tiles, Walter Tiles (Loretta) and Henry Tiles.
She is survived by: her sons, William D. Tiles, Ronald Tiles (Joyce A.), Kenneth Tiles (Jeannine), Craig Tiles (Sandra) and Terry Tiles (Karen Buckwald); her grandchildren, Angelina Copeland, Cody, Henry, Amy, Ryan Tiles, Tammy Munger (Anthony), Jake, Hailey, Darren, Brett Tiles and Morgan Martinez (Manuel); her sister Donna McVeigh of Oregon; and her siblings-in-law, Kathleen Heerspink, Robert Reenders and Albert Tiles. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
